Outstanding James Ward-Prowse deserves England call-up, says Southampton legend Matt Le Tissier
James Ward-Prowse deserves a place in the England squad thanks to his outstanding performances for Southampton, says St Marys legend Matt Le Tissier.The midfielder missed out in a spot in the original squad for Euro 2020 qualifiers against Czech Republic and Montenegro, but was drafted in by Gareth Southgate on Monday after injuries to Fabian Delph and Ruben Loftus-Cheek.2

His work rate has gone up a couple of notches, hes much more aggressive on the pitch now in terms of getting close to players and getting tackles in and he quality of his goals have been outstanding.I know James, hes a lovely lad and its been brilliant to watch somebody with that ability to now step up to free-kicks like that.
