The women’s World Cup takes place in France this June and will mark the eighth edition of the tournament that first took place in 1991.This year 24 nations from six confederations will compete and it looks like they will be wearing some brilliant kits.11

A truly outrageous design, Nike have been far from reserved when putting this tiger-like pattern together. A scatter-brush effect is used to combine shades of yellow, green and white together and I for one, am on board with this.11Brazil
Qualifying for the final tournament in France as 2018 Copa America Femenina champions, Brazil have yet to release a home shirt, but their away version is covered in a faded print graphic and a one of the smaller details includes the phrase ‘Mulheres guerreiras do Brasil’ (Female Warriors of Brazil) in a roundel design, in the collar.11Denmark
It wouldn’t be a Denmark shirt without long-time iconic manufacturers Hummel. The shirt is of course red, complete with white trim and is finished off with a slick collar. The away shirt reverts colour scheme of the home top and has a subtle V-shaped pattern running down the centre. At hummel, we actively support gender equality and therefore we have chosen the International Women's Day to launch the new jersey of the Danish National Women's Team. @dbulandshold #sharethegame #hummelsport#ForDanmark pic.twitter.com/B06oDifxan— hummel (@hummel1923) March 8, 2019
England
Possibly the classiest shirt of the lot. A clean white look is complimented with red sleeve cuffs and Nike swoosh logo, while the Three Lions badge is surrounded with a baby blue outline. For their away strip, England have opted for a bolder look.A darker shade of red, with an all-over rose pattern, 10 in total and both will be launched at the end of March.11Classy from Nike for England11Germany
The women have opted for a similar design to the men’s 1990 inspired shirt, but this flag recreation is more modern and actually looks better than the triangle style pattern on the men’s kit. The horizontal pinstripe patterns give it a computer graphic look, while the adidas stripes remain atop the shoulders. Wine red is the colour used to describe the shade on the away top and the white trim completes the Trio 19 template used by the supplier.11Norway
A gradient design blends the badge colours brilliantly, while geometrical shapes are also incorporated into the shading, as Nike serve up yet another impressive design.11Scotland
Keeping it simple, adidas have produced a rather bland strip for Scotland, with the traditional home colours of dark blue and white, while the away is a bit more bold in pink with black trim and the Tiro 19 graphic print.11Spain
Like Germany, the women’s team have used a retro style as their choice, with the 1994 kit their inspiration. The ‘Glitch’ pattern runs down the right hand side of the strip and is trimmed with a navy blue round neck collar and subtle pinstripes across.11Sweden
Not wanting to miss out on nostalgia and the 90’s World Cup led theme, Sweden have offered their own interpretation with an optical effect pattern, which for me, ruins the shirt as it is hard to interpret that the pattern is a nod to the famed adidas stripes.11USA
Last but not least, the Americans, like England, have taken the less is more approach and offer a simple, clean design, with white and blue cuffs the only intruding colours. The current champions and three-time winners have said number of stars on the back of the shirt’s neck to signify that achievement.11A man has been charged after allegedly throwing a banana on to the pitch during the north London derby between Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal. Thomas Flint, 23, a carpenter, of Enfield, north London, will appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates Court on 12 April. Mr Flint is charged with throwing a missile on to the playing area.

The Armenian decided not to travel to Baku for the final as he feared for his safety due to political tensions between Azerbaijan (where Baku is) and Armenia, Mkhitaryan's home country.
